He contributed to the gamification business by inviting 7 business simulations to support L&D in diversified business fields; including financial management; project management; HR and others.
Dr. Haikal holds a Ph.D. In financial economics, he served in different universities including Arab Academy, Swiss School of Management, University of Technology and Business, London School of Economics, and others.
